If you are looking for a place that is directly in the centre on the lower mainland, you will find New Westminster to be the perfect place to live, as it offers easy access downtown by skytrain and 3 of the major bridges (Alex Fraser, Port Mann , and Patullo). It will definitely take you no time to get around.


Coquitlam is one of the fastest growing suburban cities, and a perfect place to raise your family. Currently it’s where my family resides. You can take a swim at Buntzen Lake, or go for a leisure hike in Minnekhada Park; Coquitlam has some of the finest out door space. If you like to keep busy in the evening, there is the Hard Rock Casino or you can attend a theatre event at Evergreen Cultural Centre. The Skytrain is in construction and will be ready for fall of 2016 offering another easy gateway to Downtown Vancouver along side the West Coast Express.


Also know as the city of the Arts, this city is located between the Burrard Inlet and Eagle Mountain offering many homes beautiful mountain and water views.This city really puts enjoying the arts as a priority by hosting facilities such as the Inlet Theatre, the Port Moody Arts Centre, and the Port Moody Station Museum. Port Moody is located right off the Barnet Hwy, which is an express highway downtown. You are also only steps away from enjoying many parks, restaurants and craft breweries that right next to the water, mountain trails and beautiful lakes.


Another fast growing city, offers its residents a small town feel while continually to improve by building new commercial buildings and institutions to service the many new people moving into the area. They are well known for their small town spirit and big city connections. They are 40 minutes from Downtown Vancouver, and offer West Coast Express service.
